Attempt Repairs: The manufacturer or dealer must repair the defect within the warranty or one year from delivery, whichever comes first.

Reasonable Number of Repair Attempts: This is presumed if, within the warranty term or one year from the original delivery date:
- The same nonconformity has been subject to repair three or more times without success.
- The vehicle is out of service by reason of repair of the nonconformity by the manufacturer or its agent for a cumulative total of 30 or more business days since delivery of the vehicle to the consumer.
