To qualify under Wyoming’s statutes, your vehicle must have a nonconformity that:

Substantially Impairs Use, Value, or Safety

A defect or condition that significantly affects the vehicle's operation, market value, or safety.

🔨 What Is the Manufacturer’s Duty to Repair?

Attempt Repairs: The manufacturer or dealer must repair the issue after being notified by the consumer within one year of delivery.

Reasonable Number of Repair Attempts: This is presumed if, within one year following the original delivery of the motor vehicle to the consumer:
- The same issue has not been fixed after three or more repair attempts.
- The vehicle is out of service for 30 or more business days due to repairs..
